UNDERSTAND THE BIGGER CYCLES AT PLAY
We all move through a repeating 9 year personal cycle that mirrors how life naturally unfolds - beginnings, growth, challenge, release and renewal.
WHICH YEAR ARE YOU IN RIGHT NOW?
Your Personal Year shows the theme you are living right now and the kind of lessons, opportunities and pace that are most supportive for you.
When you know where you are in your cycle, you can stop pushing at the wrong time, make sense of what’s showing up, and work with the energy you’re in rather than against it. This simple calculation offers a gentle way to understand your current chapter and meet it with more trust and clarity.
Your birth year doesn't matter here - just the day and month.
Personal Years reflect the overarching energetic theme guiding someone from one birthday to the next. They are not predictive. They describe the frequency of growth available during that 12-month cycle.
There is no singular definition of a number. Each year holds a polarity spectrum - strength and challenge.
Personal Years shift on your birthday, not January 1st
Always consider both “before birthday” and “after birthday” themes within a calendar year
Layer in 7-year, 9-year, and 11-year cycles for depth (I can help with that)
Never interpret a Personal Year as fixed fate - it is a frequency spectrum
CONNECTING THE DOTS
Knowing your Personal Year gives you a theme to reflect on. It becomes more meaningful when you look at where you are within the wider nine-year cycle, what has come before and what you are experiencing now. This is an invitation to notice patterns, rather than a prediction of what must happen.
In Cosmicology, I bring numerology, astrology and Human Design together with your lived experience. Each offers a different lens. We connect the dots between them so you can explore your timing, energy and choices with more understanding.
THE NINE-YEAR CYCLE
Your current year is one chapter in a longer story. Reflect on beginnings, growth and completion, and what these themes mean in your own life.
YOUR UNIQUE ENERGY
Astrology and Human Design add context to the way you move through a cycle, helping you explore how the themes meet your individual nature.
YOUR LIVED EXPERIENCE
Your experience matters. Use these maps as prompts to notice what resonates, what is changing and what you want to approach differently.
EXPERIENCE THE APPROACH
Curious about the person moving through these cycles? Your Energy Code brings Human Design and astrology together to help you explore your energy and how to work with it in everyday life. It is a next step into the wider Cosmicology approach.
