Before you think about funnels, content plans or marketing strategies, you need to start with the foundation - you. Who you are, what matters to you and what you’re really here to do. From there, you can build a way of working that supports your natural energy and capacity, and then translate that into an expression of your work that feels like you and speaks to the right people.
Identity → Way of Working → Expression → Strategy.
When those first three layers are aligned, strategy becomes something that supports your business - rather than something you’re constantly trying to make yourself fit into.

Fundamentally, your business won't be sustainable if it's not fully aligned with YOU. Not your DISC profile or your Myers Briggs, but who you truly are at a deeper level. Many of us get to a certain point in our lives where we are done with trying to be more 'productive', working harder or copying strategies that worked for others but always felt a bit ick. Perhaps the next chapter isn’t about becoming someone else. Perhaps it’s about recognising what has been there all along.

Often we haven’t taken the time in years to really deeply connect with who we are at a soul level. Burn out can be a symptom of being out of alignment with what your soul desires.
