SEVEN THEMES, MANY WAYS TO EXPERIENCE THEM
These themes return every seven years. Returning to a theme does not mean returning to the same experience: you meet it with a different perspective, more life behind you and new choices available.
The dark squares mark your double-cycle years, when your annual cycle and wider seven-year cycle share the same theme. In this framework, those themes are intensified. Age 49 is the double Foundation Cycle and can feel particularly intense, bringing safety, security and stability into sharper focus.
